30 SPOTS ⚡ DOORS ARE CLOSED ⚡ JOIN THE WAITLIST
This 6-week live experience helps you stop posting random stuff, get organized, and have a solid plan and a purpose behind every post you make.
If posting feels harder than it should, it’s not because you lack ideas or discipline.
It’s because every time you go to post, you’re starting from scratch.
You’re trying to decide what to say, how to say it, what format to use, and how to make it look on brand all at once. No wonder posting feels exhausting AF!
This is exactly how past students described it before joining:
“I was posting random stuff that didn’t make sense.”
“I knew what I wanted to say but couldn’t organize it.”
“I was all over the place with my colors, templates, and strategy.”
When everything lives in your head, posting becomes a mental workout you don’t have time for.
🌀 So you procrastinate.
🌀 You overthink.
🌀 You post inconsistently.
🌀 And then you feel frustrated with yourself.
👎🏼 It’s not a lack of ideas.
👎🏼 It’s not motivation.
👎🏼 It’s not discipline.
It’s the absence of a clear, repeatable system.
Without structure:
• every post feels like a decision
• Canva becomes clutter instead of a tool
• batching feels impossible
• consistency feels unrealistic
• and confidence never fully sticks
As one student put it:
“I didn’t have a strategy behind my posts. I was just posting to post. And getting nowhere.”
You know your content could be better, that you should be showing up...but you don't know where to start.
Most content advice skips the part you actually need.
You’re told what to post.
You’re told to “be consistent.”
You’re told to batch.
But NO ONE shows you how to...
✅ organize Canva so it supports your workflow
✅ design a small set of templates you can reuse
✅ connect your content to a clear strategy
✅ or build a system that works when life gets busy
So you keep trying.
And stopping.
And starting over.
Not to give you more ideas.
Not to overwhelm you with templates.
But to help you build a system you can actually rely on with...
✅ Live coaching. ✅ Personalized feedback. ✅ Real accountability. ✅ Supportive group of women building together.
👋🏼 Meet Marcy || Health Mindset Coach
“Within the first week, Em seriously blew my mind. I probably would have paid what I paid for the entire course in that first week.”
The Visual Edit is a six-week live experience where you build your visual brand and content system with support, not in isolation.
Instead of guessing your way through Canva and hoping consistency sticks, you create a clear, repeatable system step by step.
Inside this experience, you will:
• organize Canva so it actually supports your workflow
• clarify your brand colors, fonts, and overall look
• build a small set of reusable templates
• define your content pillars
• learn how to batch with intention
• create a system you can come back to again and again
This is not about becoming a designer.
It’s about removing decision fatigue so posting stops feeling so heavy.
As one student said:
“I finally have a plan and a purpose behind every post.”
This is not a course you passively watch. This is an implementation experience where you build your personal brand posting system in real time.
A simple posting framework based on post goals (plus my IG Stories strategy for connection)
Clear “message to format” rules (so you stop spiraling between Reel, carousel, photo, or graphic)
Weekly assignments that build your system piece by piece (NOT busywork)
Personalized feedback on your posts, plans, and visuals (so you stop second guessing)
Community and accountability that helps you actually follow through and reach your goals
KNOCK, KNOCK...WHO'S THERE...
The Visual Edit is done with you, not done to you.
Every week, you get:
• live q&a calls to dive further into that weeks lessons
• clear assignments so you know exactly what to do
• personalized feedback on your brand, templates, and content
• accountability that helps you actually follow through
• support from women who are building alongside you
Students consistently say this is the reason everything clicked:
“The feedback and accountability were priceless.”
“All of my content got eyes on it, so I stopped second-guessing.”
“I finally followed through because I wasn’t doing it alone.”

👋🏼 Meet Kaileen || Intuition Coach
“I was most impressed by the level of support and feedback from Em and her team. It’s an amazing program...
You will get so much out of it.”
All inside a small, supportive group capped at 30 women.
That combination is intentional.
You get the personal attention of coaching, plus the momentum, ideas, and encouragement that only come from being in the room with others doing the work.

👋🏼 Meet Jolie || Meditation & Wellness Coach
“I left the course with an arsenal of tools to not only create beautiful posts, but strategically use them on Instagram.
You cannot go wrong by taking this course”
“The value has been incredible. Every week has been jam-packed with information. I am so glad that we get to keep the entire course because I will definitely come back to reference it.”
“This course is FANTASTIC! The videos are chock-full of valuable information. I will come back to these videos again & again. You should really charge more for this course.”
“This course has provided me with invaluable tips and techniques on how to get more organized, simplify content creation, and schedule posting to stop posting at the last minute.”
Founder & CEO of The Creative Bodega
In 4 years, I’ve built a $1M business in 4 years (no, not 4 minutes), served 4,000+ students, and welcomed 406 women into a membership in just two weeks.
And the truth? I haven’t drastically changed how I show up online in all that time. My message has been clear, my excitement has been palpable—and that’s what made the difference.
Now I want to teach you the system behind that consistency.
How to decide what to post (and why), choose the best format for the message you’re sharing, and build a weekly rhythm that feels good in your real life.
Because the freedom, joy, and flexibility I’ve built did not come from posting perfectly.
It came from showing up in a way people could recognize, trust, and follow, and then moving those connections onto my email list over time.
“I can't believe how much I've already used all the Canva lessons from you, Emily! You've put together an AMAZING course, and I'm so glad I decided to invest in my growth!"
"WHY IS THIS COURSE FLYING BY SO QUICKLY?! I feel like I never want it to end! I'm loving all this information equally as much as I love allll the HAND-HOLDING!!"
"Definitely worth EVERY penny! I learned so much more than I thought I would. Being guided through structuring my workload and managing my time with great systems is life-saving!"
Yes, their content looks more cohesive, but the real win is that posting got faster, clearer, and way easier to repeat.
When your content is easier to create, you show up more, and that’s what grows trust, engagement, and your email list over time.👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
Inside The Visual Edit, we follow a simple framework called VISUAL.
Each week builds on the last, so nothing feels rushed, random, or overwhelming.
You are not just learning concepts.
You are actively building your system as you go.
💫 V — Vision & Voice (Week 1)
Clean slate. Clear direction.
We start by organizing Canva and clarifying your brand direction so you stop second guessing yourself.
You will:
• clean up your Canva dashboard
• set up a simple folder system
• clarify your brand vibe, voice, and direction
This is where the chaos starts to quiet down.
🎨 I — Identify Your Brand Look (Week 2)
Colors, fonts, and cohesion that finally make sense.
This is where your brand starts to feel like you.
You will:
• choose brand colors you actually like and trust
• lock in font pairings
• understand how to use them consistently across content
Students often say this is the moment everything clicks.
🗓️ S — Strategy & Systems (Week 3)
No more winging it.
This is where everything starts to click strategically.
You will:
• create a posting schedule tied to your pillars
• align content with your goals (connection, conversion, education, thought leadership)
• stop guessing what to post each week
Students often say this is when they finally feel like they have a real plan.
🖼️ U — Upgrading Your Visuals (Week 4)
Consistency without complexity.
Now we bring the strategy to life visually.
You will:
• design Canva graphics and carousels with intention
• create simple, on-brand Reels
• learn when to design in Canva vs directly in Instagram
The goal is simple: your posts look cohesive without taking forever to make.
📝 A — Aligned Copy (Week 5)
Words that sound like you.
Visuals matter, but your words are what connect and convert.
You will:
• write headlines that stop the scroll
• craft CTAs that grow your email list
• write captions that sound natural, not forced
• learn how to collect inspiration without copying
This is where confidence really builds.
📈 L — Leverage Your Workflow (Week 6)
Make this sustainable.
Finally, we pull everything together into a system you can repeat.
You will:
• batch content ahead of time
• repurpose what you’ve already created
• build workflows that fit your real life
• learn tools like ManyChat and Later to simplify showing up
This is where posting stops feeling heavy and starts feeling manageable.
👋🏼 Meet Mapi || Social Impact Consultant
“We implemented everything we learned right away in real-time — and we would get such incredibly robust feedback”
I’ve got answers (I hope). And if I don't, email me: emily@thecreativebodega.com
The Visual Edit (formerly The Insta x Canva Collective) is for...
You already have a business, but posting still feels random or heavy...
You overthink what to post and get stuck choosing a format
You want a simple weekly rhythm with clear post goals (educate, thought leadership, convert, connect)
You want your content to feel recognizable, without obsessing over a perfect feed
You want a go-to template pool and a system you can repeat when life is busy
You want to show up more consistently (and more confidently), especially on camera and Stories
You want your content to grow your email list, not just get likes
Bonus: If you’re newer to Canva, you’ll still be supported, but this is not a software class, it’s a posting system.
Past students of mine have been:
Nutrition coaches, virtual assistants, essential oil sales, cattle ranchers, mindset coaches, writers, travel agents, autism coaches, podcasters, farmers, artists, dog breeders and trainers, realtors, gardening experts, flower growers, energy healers, MLM makeup sales...the list goes on!
Pre-recorded lessons (40-60 mins long) are released every Friday at 6 am EST.
Then, the follow-up call to that week's lesson is on the following Thursday at 12:30 pm EST.
Every single Zoom Q+A will be recorded and shared via email afterward. You can also submit any/all questions to me beforehand, and I'll be sure to answer them live!
PLUS, you've got access to me 24/7 (within reason, ha!) in our private community - I encourage ALL students to ask any/all questions, any time they have one!
After purchasing the program, you will receive an email from me with the "Next Steps.”
Including where you log in, when you gain access, Zoom invites, accountability partner options -- the works!
Weekly Q&As will MOST LIKELY be on Thursdays from 12:30-1:30 pm EST.
*The next start date for this program will be February 13, 2026!
Great question. Think of them as two parts of the same ecosystem.
The Content Coven
• Ongoing monthly membership
• Accountability, prompts, and challenges to keep you creating
• Support and feedback inside a lower commitment container
• Best if you want steady momentum and community month to month
The Visual Edit
• A live, high touch, 6-week implementation experience
• We build your personal brand posting system from the ground up
• Post goals, format choice, weekly rhythm, simple visuals, and a template pool you can reuse
• Best if you are ready to stop winging it and want a clear system you can repeat
How they work together
Some women start in The Coven for structure and accountability, then join The Visual Edit when they want to build their full system. Others do The Visual Edit first, then move into The Coven to maintain consistency long term.
Canva - not necessarily
Instagram - yes
You need to be familiar with and currently dabbling in both.
FYI, this is NOT a "learn how to use Instagram" course.
One-off IG questions? Sure. Full on "This is how you get started with IG," – NO!
That’s OK! I've had students who sell physical and/or location-based products.
Will my Canva info help you? 1 million percent. Will my batching process help you? Also, 1 million percent.
You just have to realize that product-based businesses are NOT my specialty, because I'm not one. So there may be content questions I can't answer with 100% certainty, but I still think you’ll get insane value from the course. :)
That is awesome, and you will still get a ton out of this.
The Visual Edit is not about creating perfect branding. It is about building a posting system you can actually stick to.
Even if your colors and logo are done, we will help you:
• decide what to post and why, based on clear post goals
• choose the best format for your message (photo, Reel, carousel, Stories)
• create a go to template pool and repeatable structures
• simplify your workflow so content takes less time
• show up more consistently, with more confidence
You will leave with a plan and a system, not just prettier posts.
First of all, good for you having more than one biz. #BOSS
I do ask that you choose just ONE of your businesses to focus on during this program.
Everything you're taught can be applied to ALL your businesses - but I'll only be answering questions about ONE of your businesses throughout the course to make it fair to me and everyone else with only one biz!
I crack myself up sometimes...🤣 I'd love to work with you in the next round of The Visual Edit.
